As such, I advise leading CAC 40 companies (Vinci, TotalEnergies), prestigious firms (Mercure), international companies (PwC, Biomar, Butagaz, Peters Surgical), mid-sized French companies (Ceva Santé Animale), leading financial groups such as BPCE, law firms (Cornet Vincent Segurel), and accounting firms (Talenz, RCA).

Your corporate portrait is often the first impression your prospects have of you—on your website, in your corporate communications, or in your professional materials. Your prospects get to know you through your posture, your expression, and your gaze.

Whether you represent a large corporation, an SME, or a consulting firm, I offer personalized, high-quality, and highly professional portraits—images that support your influence goals and strengthen your credibility.

Corporate, institutional, or lifestyle portraits?

Institutional Studio Portraits

A corporate portrait taken in a studio is an elegant and flattering professional image that will convey your company’s professionalism. The corporate portrait against a gray background is a timeless trend, striking a balance between classic and modern, and ensuring you maintain control over your image with your clients and prospects. For a portrait that reflects your corporate culture, we also offer portraits with a background in the colors of your brand identity.

Lifestyle Interior Portrait

Would you like a unique portrait that reflects your company’s image?

A corporate portrait taken in a workplace setting or outdoors conveys a vivid image of your business and allows the viewer to imagine what it’s like to work there. A corporate portrait taken in a real-world setting will give your company a unique image that reflects a sense of connection and an innovative culture.

Outdoor Lifestyle Portraits

An outdoor corporate lifestyle portrait serves a dual purpose: it immerses the viewer in your work environment and/or conveys your company’s values (e.g., environmental sustainability, community engagement, and local roots, etc.).

Customized Support Methodology
for Your Corporate Portraits of Senior Executives

As part of your corporate portrait project, I suggest we schedule a briefing before the photo shoot.

The quality of a professional portrait lies in its ability to convey your company’s values and must reflect the messages you communicate to your customers

That’s why I place particular importance on understanding what you want to convey through these corporate portraits:

  • What are your company’s values?
  • What value does your firm provide to your clients?
  • What specific emotions should be conveyed?

This preparation phase allows me to suggest a specific type of portrait, pose, and expression, and to adjust technical aspects—such as lighting—to ensure the final result aligns with your brand message.

When it comes to corporate portrait photography, I invite you to take advantage of the most advanced technologies to streamline, optimize, and ensure the safety of the photo shoot.

By using a photo shoot connected to a PC or tablet, you’ll be able to view the photos as they’re taken. This process will allow us to refine and finalize a portrait that perfectly meets your expectations.

Generally speaking, I share my expertise with you to help you feel at ease and guide you in your posture and facial expressions.

My goal is simple: to provide you with an enjoyable experience and deliver portraits that meet your communication needs.

Whether you want to showcase the full quality of your services on digital platforms (website, email signature, social media, etc.) or in print materials (sales brochures, requests for proposals), I’ll provide you with formats tailored to all your needs.

Questions to Ask a Corporate Portrait Photographer

Here, I’ll try to answer your questions about your upcoming corporate portrait shoot.

How do you conduct a photo shoot with members of the Executive Committee, the Management Committee, and top corporate executives?

Throughout my corporate career, I had the opportunity to work with executives at mid-sized companies and major French corporations. Once I had successfully transitioned into photography

A corporate portrait is, above all, a human connection. My warm and cheerful nature helps put you at ease. I guide you throughout the shoot (offering advice on posture and facial expressions, etc.). That way, in just a few minutes, I capture authentic and sincere portraits that reflect your personality.

Corporate portrait photography is a challenging endeavor that requires a deep understanding of lighting.

Are you interested in hosting a corporate portrait photo shoot at your office? And are you wondering how to take high-quality portraits of your future employees?

Committed to providing you with professional support that takes your current and future needs into account, I offer two solutions:

  • An on-site corporate portrait photo shoot every year

If you’re planning to hire a large number of employees, this is the best solution to ensure consistent portraits at a competitive price. Once we receive the photos, we can schedule your next corporate portrait shoot.

  • An individual portrait for each new employee at a partner photo studio near your office.

If you have low employee turnover and slow growth in headcount, I suggest we take portraits of your new hires at a selected studio located near your offices. I’ll then provide all the technical specifications to our partner portrait photographer to ensure consistent results.

To ensure the best possible experience and results, I’ve set up tools that allow us to view photos from the shoot in real time. This will make it easier for us to guide your employees on the expressions and poses that flatter them the most. At the end of the corporate portrait session, everyone will have the opportunity to choose their favorite portrait.

The duration of a corporate portrait photo shoot for your company’s employees (employee directory) depends on several factors.

First of all, the time required to set up the mobile studio and adjust the lighting is fixed, regardless of the number of portraits to be taken—whether there are 5 or 300 people. This takes about 1 hour.

Next, we estimate at least 3 to 4 minutes per person for a Trominoscope portrait. This time may be significantly longer for a customized portrait session, such as one for your company’s executives. We could spend up to 20 minutes on such a session.

Finally, approximately 30 minutes will be set aside for dismantling the studio set up at your location.
